Online registration begins on February 1, 2012 and ends at the end of business on May 31, 2012.

Dragon Disc Golf Refund Policy
A. A player may officially withdraw only by contacting the tournament directors directly via this email or in person at Dragan Field Disc Golf
B. No refunds will be issued after the 7th day prior to the start of the event, but the player shall be sent a players'package if player is entitled to one based on division.
C. Withdrawals made before the 7th day prior to the start of the event shall receive a 50% refund.
D. Withdrawals made 14 days prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100 %, less postage and handling which shall not exceed 10% of the entry fee.

Pre-Registration reserved tournament spots (held through May 19):

Registered players may not transfer their tournament berth to another player. Upon withdrawal, a player's spot will be given to the first available player on the appropriate waiting list.

Online tournament registration closes at the end of business on Thursday, May 31, 2012. On site registration, at Dragan Field only, may continue on Friday, June 1, 2012 if tournament space remains, but players must do so in person. Registration CLOSES at the end of business on Friday, June 1 whether the tournament is full or not. There will be no registration on Saturday morning.

	Juniors <14	$20
	Active PDGA members subtract $10 from above prices (discount not applicable to Junior division)

	Included in the value of the entry fee: ace pot, PDGA fees, NEFA fees, tournament program, players' pack*, and two days worth of golf at Dragan Field.

Opportunity to choose your Round 1 starting hole:

If a registered player would like the opportunity to choose their starting hole for round one of the DDGC, they can do so through our sponsor referral program by exchanging one earned day pass for their choice of hole. In other words, any player can choose their starting hole for round one by paying (or finding a sponsor to pay) a $25 sponsorship in addition to their registration fee.

Hole choices will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Just two restrictions apply to the choosing of holes:

Hole 1 is ineligible
The first player to choose a particular hole determines the division for that hole. For example, if an AM2 player chooses hole 6 as his starting hole, only players registered in AM2 may choose to start on that hole. Per PDGA rules, players must be grouped with other players in their division unless mixing is unavoidable.

The Registered Players list will contain the most up-to-date list of what holes are open and what holes have been assigned to a division.
